Clinical Significance

Used to evaluate anemia, leukemia, reaction to inflammation and infections, peripheral blood cellular characteristics, state of hydration and dehydration, polycythemia, HDN, inherited disorders of red cells, white cells and platelets; determine white cell morphology, red cell morphology and evaluate platelets.
