4 mL whole blood in plain red top. Do not aliquot serum from cells unless specimen can not reach lab same day as collection.
Instructions
A H&H is needed by transfusing facility prior to administration. Specify special needs (irradiated, CMV negative). For outpatients call the outpatient services area to arrange transfusion.
