Trough 3.0-8.0 ng/mL for Transplantation
Trough 5.0-10.0 ng/mL for Oncology/Neurology
Symptoms of toxicity are more likely to occur at trough levels exceeding 12.0 ng/mL


Clinical Significance
Everolimus is an immunosuppresive drug used in organ transplantation to prevent graft rejection. Therapeutic drug monitoring is useful to optimize dose and avoid toxicity.
